Franklin 27 is a French electronica and electro pop band from Paris. The band is the result of two music producers, Franck Sismondini-Rougier and Alain Governatori. They’ve been collaborating in various music and advertising productions for numerous years. Franklin 27 has been first know in Japan with the release of the album called Emphasis (Rambling Records).
